CoZest Accommodation UK operates as a rental marketing service. We do not simply publish adverts and walk away — we market rooms and properties on behalf of hosts, landlords and letting professionals, present them properly with photography, accurate pricing and honest descriptions, and then route serious, qualified enquiries straight to the person responsible for the property. Seekers browse and enquire free of charge; our revenue comes from the marketing, promotion and boost services we provide to hosts.
Everything runs through one platform: hosts publish in a guided five-step flow, track views and enquiries from a dashboard, and reply in real-time chat with instant notifications. Seekers filter by room type, budget, area, occupancy preferences and move-in date, then message the host directly — no call centres, no chains of intermediaries.
Shared accommodation
